LVYF awards new funding!

LVYF awarded funding to bring every 4th grade student in the Blackfoot School District (Idaho) to the Fort Hall Indian Reservation and visit the Tribal Museum (Shoshone-Bannock) as well as other historical sites on the reservation.  An exciting aspect of these activities is that planners, leaders, and peer tutors will be members of the Indigenous Club from Blackfoot High School!  Bringing children together to learn about one of the surrounding cultures they may not know much about, and interact as they have this experience, produces great academic and societal outcomes!
